The Georgia Promise Scholarship program provides eligible families with up to $6.500 per student annually to cover educational expenses.
Kulima Montessori is proud to partner with families to provide access to an exceptional college-preparatory education through the Georgia Promise Scholarship Program. This initiative, signed into law in 2024, empowers Georgia families to access financial support to attend Kulima Montessori.
What is the Georgia Promise Scholarship Program?
The Georgia Promise Scholarship Program provides eligible families with up to $6,500 per student annually to cover educational expenses, including:
- Private school tuition and fees
- Curriculum materials and textbooks
- Transportation services
Administered by the Georgia Education Savings Authority (GESA), the program ensures families can choose educational options that best fit their child’s unique needs.
Eligibility requirements
To qualify for the Georgia Promise Scholarship:
- Students must be enrolled in a Georgia public school for at least two consecutive semesters
OR
- Be rising kindergarten students who forgo public school enrollment
Applications for the scholarship will open in early 2025, with funds available for the 2025-2026 academic year.
